I know what you're thinking... who is Clutch Made and what do they do? I'm here to answer all of your questions today and to help you get to know us a little better. We're the factory you can talk to!

Let's start off with where we're located. The best part of working with Clutch Made is being able to work locally. Our factory is in the Garment District which makes sourcing and communicating all the easier! If you've seen Project Runway, you're definitely familiar with Mood Fabrics. We're located just around the corner! We provide all the manufacturing services of an agency with a Factory built in! Think of us as the one-stop shop.

Design Consultation

The Clutch Made Team is here to work with you to transform your ideas into reality. If you're not sure where to begin, start by talking to us! Schedule an appointment with one of our product developers so we can work with you to turn your ideas into a product driven business. With our vast design experience, we offer practical business input for designing beautiful bags and accessories that are economical to manufacture in the USA. During our consultations we discuss who, what, when and how you are going to take your concepts to market. Now you are ready to sell!

Tech Packs

So, you have your concept but now you need to design it. What are the dimensions going to be? What materials and hardware are you going to use? This is the time to email or call us at 917.830.3820 and set up a design appointment so we can work with you to design your small leather goods or any other accessory! Maybe you need ideas for a cross-body bag and are not sure what size, color or zipper it should have. We are here to work with you during the entire design process. We will help you to formulate all your dimensions, details, hardware choices, functionality and materials for your product. The design process is the necessary first step that will lead you to the sample of your product. Let's get started!

Sourcing

Do you already know what you need, but you are not sure how to find it? Maybe you are not even sure what it is you need but would like to see options from the market place. We are experts in sourcing, and finding anything you need. We will locate the raw materials needed to make your design a reality. Tell us your preferences and budget and we'll be sure to keep you on track! 

Production

We can manage all your production needs with an extensive network of suppliers and our own factory here in the USA. No order is too big or too small.  We manufacture orders from 10 units to 10,000 units, all Made at our Manhattan factory. It's just as easy as that! Just be sure to you have your tech packs ready. 

Sample Making

Maybe before you go into full production, you want to see what your product is going to look like. Make a sample with us! Our team of artisans are expert sample makers. Whether from a sketch or from a tech pack, we will translate your ideas into a pattern. Once you have your design with all your specs, it becomes a working pattern. Watch your designs come to life! 

Branding & Merchandising

I'd say the hardest part of starting a business isn't making the actual product, but building your brand's reputation and creating a community. We work with our clients to help them establish their product and company as a unique and recognizable brand associated with consistent quality. This involves a focused path to brand identity through consistent products, social media and collateral pieces. Merchandising your brand is part of the Clutch Made agency process. From extensive development and editing of products and images the Clutch Made team is alongside you in creating your unique brand.

Website & Social Media

We all now this—social media is used everywhere these days! The Clutch Made team will work with you in acquiring the domain and then building that site. We use an easy-to-maintain platform that we will design and implement for you. We will show you how you can then maintain the site on your own. We also supply all the tools/content necessary for your website to function. 

Photography & Videography

Okay now let's make your products pop! The Clutch Made Team has extensive experience in the media and styling world. Our professional NYC photographers are the best in business. Alongside Creative Director Laura Dotolo and her 20 years of styling expertise, the Clutch Made agency creates beautiful product shots and video's for your brand. Affordable with quick turn around times, the images you receive are perfect for all your website and social media platforms.
