Hi! I’m Srishti, a designer here at Clutch Made, and today I’m taking you along for a day in my life - from my cozy home in New Delhi, India, to my creative desk that connects me with our New York team.
My mornings always begin slow and peaceful. I start with a warm cup of tea, followed by a walk around the gardens near my home.
Surrounded by greenery, I love taking a few mindful moments to breathe, stretch, and stay consistent with my 10k steps every day. Since I live in a different time zone, I get to enjoy these calm hours before the day in New York begins - one of the many things I cherish about working remotely!
By 12 noon India time, my workday begins. I dive right into projects like developing tech packs, developing logo stamps and woven labels and writing copy for our mailers and social media. Each task brings something new to explore, and I love how my work lets me combine creativity and structure. There’s something deeply satisfying about seeing an idea come alive - from sketches and materials to a real, tangible accessory.

Around lunchtime, you’ll always find me planning what to eat next (I’m a total food lover!). Eating something delicious gives me the perfect mid-day energy boost before I sync with the team later in the evening.
At around 6:30 pm, my world aligns with New York’s pace. I join our team meetings, share my updates, and help plan what’s next on our list.

Working with the Clutch Made team feels like being part of a creative family - every day brings fresh ideas, laughter, and the shared goal of crafting beautiful, meaningful accessories that tell a story.
I usually wind down with a little sweat treat to close the day on a high note!
As an accessory and handbag designer, I feel lucky to live in India and still be deeply connected to the energy and creativity of New York.
My work at Clutch Made bridges two worlds - where calm mornings meet fast-paced design sessions, and where every bag we create holds a bit of both.
Here’s to designing, dreaming and doing what you love - wherever you are in the world!
