It's finally time to think about your first production!
The first thing to consider here is how many bags you will want for your first order. Here at the Clutch Made Factory, our Minimum Order Quantity or MOQ for bags is 25 units. Depending on your design and your product's material consumption, we can even break these 25un down into 2-5 colorways, just as long as it makes sense economically for you.
We also believe in fair wages and fairly compensating our artisans for making such high-quality craftsmanship, so labor is a big part of a production quote. As the quantity increases, production costs per unit tend to go down. However, we still recommend a quantity of 25-50un for your first order. It's a more manageable quantity, doesn't require too much room for inventory whenever you choose to keep it, and it's better for the environment.
